It's been one year now I'm using the Digital Ocean till now my experience with DO is very good and also, they are continuously coming up with improvements to make sure to meet the customer requirements. Only once I faced issue when I lost my authenticator account and there's no other option apart from authenticator code so I write a mail to DO support to disable 2FA on my account I got reply after 24 Hrs (It could have been faster).
