It's been one year now I'm using the Digital Ocean till now my experience with DO is very good and also, they are continuously coming up with improvements to make sure to meet the customer requirements. Only once I faced issue when I lost my authenticator account and there's no other option apart from authenticator code so I write a mail to DO support to disable 2FA on my account I got reply after 24 Hrs (It could have been faster).
I was facing difficulty with billing. But the DO customer Support was top-notch, which was slightly late, but was genuine, not another AI chatbot; instead human agent responded. My issue was resolved seamlessly. I would love to use DO services in the future.
Hassle free setup, easy to use, works like local machine. Support is highly available to resolve any issues encountered on platform side. Though, after activation, I didn't face any issues on platform side.

One minor suggestion would be to provide a few more guided setup wizards for common stacks, as beginners might still feel a bit overwhelmed initially. Overall, I would highly recommend this service for simple, reliable cloud hosting.
