I honestly wish there were an option to give less than 1 star. I recently signed up and, right after making a PayPal deposit, my account was suddenly blocked. It’s now been over 48 hours, and I haven’t received any response to my support tickets.

So far, there’s been no reply at all. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and concerning. From my experience, I’d strongly advise others to be cautious with this provider. It feels unreliable and unpredictable, like something that could fail without any warning or explanation.
To make things worse, there’s no clear option to delete my account either.
