Really poor experience.
I’ve been using this company for around 6 years with little to no issues, and I’d never needed to contact support until last week.
Unfortunately, I’ve now been locked out of my account. My 2FA emails are not being delivered, even though billing and support emails are coming through fine. My card has also expired, and I can’t update it because I’m unable to log in.
I opened a support ticket and received an automated response after 24 hours, then a reply from a real person after another 36 hours. I followed up again, and it’s now been a further 36 hours with no response.
My app has been down for 4 days as a result. At this point, I’m considering restoring from an old backup and giving up on accessing the server altogether.
Really disappointed with how slow and unresponsive support has been. I don’t think I’ll be using them again.
