We ordered a dedicated server 3 weeks or more ago. We are still waiting for full deployment. Level 1 techs are acting as the buffer for level 3 Techs.
We have used them in the past and will NEVER use them again. We are going to start the process of migrating ALL our servers from their platform.
Although polite, we are continually getting the run around.
I don't leave bad reviews as I know they are bad for business. I don't like doing so, but our experience has been that bad that I'm making an exception.

I wish your support was as quick as your reply on TrustPilot.
I just received a scathing email from our client asking when this will all be resolved.
My Tech is not getting any results. He's making a lot of noise there to no avail. Still no Level 3 Tech support.
I'll get him to send the email you provided. For 5 days he's been calling, 30 minutes at a time and not getting anywhere.
