Review Time
We ordered a dedicated server 3 weeks or more ago. We are still waiting for full deployment. Level 1 techs are acting as the buffer for level 3 Techs.
We have used them in the past and will NEVER use them again. We are going to start the process of migrating ALL our servers from their platform.
Although polite, we are continually getting the run around.
I don't leave bad reviews as I know they are bad for business. I don't like doing so, but our experience has been that bad that I'm making an exception.

I just received a scathing email from our client asking when this will all be resolved.
My Tech is not getting any results. He's making a lot of noise there to no avail. Still no Level 3 Tech support.
I'll get him to send the email you provided. For 5 days he's been calling, 30 minutes at a time and not getting anywhere.

Do NOT sign up with these people!!!!This company previously provided prompt, reliable service. However, over the past two years, since what appears to be a change in management, the quality of service has significantly declined.Without my authorization or prior notice, my billing cycle was changed from yearly to monthly. I had been receiving a discounted rate on the annual subscription, but this was removed, and my account was charged at a higher monthly rate without explanation.The service issues escalated further when my account was mishandled to such an extent that my website was offline for nearly three months, despite me providing all the required information multiple times with no timely resolution.When the website hosting issue was finally resolved, further errors were made during the process, resulting in the loss of approximately two months’ worth of emails. This caused significant disruption and financial impact, as considerable time and cost were incurred in attempting to retrieve the lost emails.Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
What used to be the greatest Australian owned host, to a crumbing mess with offshore support (of which some extra training would go a very long way), lies and tired equipment and services. Stay away, this company will be gone before we know it.
