Their Quick Chat feature is left unanswered for hours, their phone support takes 1-2 hours to get someone to help who then can't help at all. Tickets are left unanswered for hours or days. The best you'll get is a cut and paste response to a complaint, but no followup and no accountability. Do NOT trust your business to this host - the only reason they have a higher rating than 1 is because previous owners ran the company well. Current owners are actively driving this business into the ground.
Update - 32 hours and still no results, no response, no accountability. It would seem that they no longer posses the skills and expertise to support their services - stay away from this company.
Update #2 - 40 hours and still no results. No answer on their phones, no responses to tickets, no responses on Quick Chat - if you're a customer already, move your services - this company is clearly going under fast.
They will give the standard cut and paste response to this review, asking to be contacted... then when you contact them they don't even respond to it.
