I had an absolute stellar service from them, not to mention an incredible gaming computer, at a great price. I had a minor Bluetooth issue and called customer support, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly (not outsourced to India). Even when I went through the process of choices, the tech guys suggested a lower tier base model but with better hardware. I couldn't recommend Digital Storm enough. I've had the computer for years, and it's a magnificent piece of art. Don't be swayed by the negative comments; this place is like Yelp. Everyone comes to complain but you don't hear the same amount of praise from the people that zero problems.
