It wasn't DigStorm's fault that the carrier dropped the box and mashed the P/Sup through the back screen, etc. It was MY fault for not specifying a MILSPEC wooden crate to handle ground delivery across the U.S. The result of that was the PC hadda go back to sunny California and from there to a FedEx Claim Adjustment Inquisition. I build stuff and ship stuff and I charge plenty for MILSPEC crates and that is the only choice: No cardboard for pieces that are 65 pounds. But the machine inside is the issue, and D-S went right ahead and put another one together for me and this added weeks and weeks for me to suffer without a PC, but Hey! It wasn't the factory's fault. And getting them to build me a new one with all new pieces/parts meant waiting another month. The second on came and two of the rubber bits that hold the glass windows broke right off, but here's the rub: The panels are not well protected. Inside, however, I'm approaching 48 hours of systems provisioning and it seems my cats are beaming telepathic commands while I sleep, sometimes right at the Model 19 Kbd.
