Do not buy from them; I got a pc build with an RTX 5090. It melted hard within 6 weeks and welded the 12v high power cable to itself. Was playing BG3 and not overclocking, just routine use. I worked with them to send back the PSU. They told me how to package it but not to worry about it, they just needed to verify it had melted the power cables and they would replace it under warranty. Well, it shows up and magically the locking part of the PCIe connection is just snapped off. One little part, recessed, wrapped in like 7 layers of bubble wrap, packing paper and foam. Obviously there is no way to prove it, but it looks really sketchy, and seems likely to be intentional. They first claimed I broke it uninstalling the GPU. Then when there were pictures and documentation verifying that didn’t happen. I got shuffled to a manager that forever more said it was damaged in shipping because I didn’t package it properly and my warranty was void, they offered to bring my PC to working order if I paid them the low low price of 3500 dollars. They left me stranded and fighting with them for 6 weeks as they leaned in hard to screwing me over. They gave me a loopback connector to try and run the PC with integrated graphics and long story short there was promptly a short in the water cooling system and now the entire thing is a humongous paper weight that won’t even boot. I’ve now been fighting with them for longer than the PC functioned. Their best and final offer after this long was to knock off their profit margin when reselling me a GPU. I think that speaks volumes. They currently are willing to go to court rather than lose the cost of one GPU, that obviously broke through no fault of my own, from their bottom line. Do you want to buy from them if this could happen? Answer is easy.
