Ordered a custom PC. My experience extends to roughly 30 years in computers. The worst part, which I still feel is the fact that the company - several people I talked to and complained were completely dismissive and basically that I am "stuck with a flawed system" for a lot of money. It's a very bad feeling. No integrity. This review is several months into owning the system.- I paid a premium, notably including the service largely of wiring: (a) in connecting an testing individual components to motherboard; (b) wiring regarding tying and arranging the physical cords logically and neatly to chassis.- Was delivered a unit that clearly was not thoroughly tested and the arrangement of cords was horrible and illogical. This was a modern, full-decked PC minus hard drives (that I was to migrate and install myself in a supposed high-quality bay for at least 4 HDs). Instead it was wired to connect only 2 HDs with the other SATA wasted and entangled, unreachable. Had to literally "unclip" the wiring I paid for.- Because I did not order a unit with hard drives installed does not mean that they can simply pass testing components (they could have tested and connected, which I believe strongly they did NOT ADEQUATELY (obvious with some of the problem I immediately encountered - part of the service I paid for) and yet I had to wait as their tech signed off slowly through the days for a simple 1 hour assembly at the end of the day(s) literally!- Problem off bat with a dvd and a motherboard MSI/ASUS that was not solely DigitalStorm's fault but their selection of the part was a poor choice and problematic. - Their attitude was horrible and focused on concern or validity of Windows 10 users only! Totally dismissive in every regard to my criticisms and would not take any responsibility for a few problems. Worst was their head of customer service who was so rude I still cannot believe it.All-in-all, yes last time I would every buy from them. I basically paid $400 extra for their custom service only to be treated with massive disrespect and major disappointment.I knew things were bad when the power cord - yes the power cord was faulty and 2 feet long! Seriously.Main complaints: Bad Wiring, bad testing, a few cheap (much cheaper than expected) chassis components, like the cheap plastic $4 hard drive bay - shocking for an expensive custom machine; the case was from China and very disappointing low quality as well, and extremely poor customer service.Pros: Depending on market price of certain components - you could come out even at least BUT CAVEAT: when housing components like the case, hard drive bay and power cords are all either cheap and/or bad, I personally would definitely not buy from them again. It was a nightmare wasted 3-4 problematic setup out-of-box, where normally with a new system you obviously plug-in within 15 minutes and go. Here, not the case at all.
