It was great that Digital Trust, on behalf of Rocket Dollar, called to confirm my actions. As well asked for my feedback on their service. It is great to see more companies taking this simple quick step to make sure they are doing all they can to keep customers happy.
The representative was incredibly helpful. She quickly grasped what I needed (a balance letter or statement) and sent it to me without delay. We even got disconnected during the call (likely my fault), but she immediately called me back. A definite 5 out of 5 in my opinion.
We talked with Elizabeth Alexander today and she was so helpful. She answered all our questions and wouldn't hang up until she knew that we had no more questions. She was very friendly and informative. She explained everything and walked us through the process we were having trouble with.
