Recent changes to interest-earning conditions are disappointing

The recent modifications to the interest-earning conditions feel harsh and appear aimed at frustrating clients. Unfortunately, it seems those responsible are more focused on their own bonuses than on the clients' needs or the bank's remaining reputation. I will be moving my funds to another institution.

Changes to Bonus Interest Policies

I’ve been with the service for a while and always appreciated how easy it was to earn bonus interest. Now, with the new rules, it has become confusing and more difficult to qualify, particularly if you need to access your savings and then replenish them. It seems like the new system complicates saving rather than rewarding it. The support team was courteous and offered a goodwill payment, which I value, but the overall changes have diminished the appeal that initially drew me to the service. I hope they reconsider the criteria because, at this moment, it’s not as customer-friendly as it once was.

Regret Opening an Account with This Service

I ignored the negative reviews and decided to open an account with them, thinking the $1 increase in savings criteria wouldn't be an issue. I transferred my savings, but they locked my account, requesting proof of where the funds came from. I responded, and they promised to get back to me within one business day. Now, it's the third business day, and my account remains locked. I've tried following up through email and phone, but to no avail. My money is now inaccessible. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone; it would be better to choose another option.

Received no interest on my savings...

I received $0.00 interest on my savings in November! The company changed its bonus interest policy, requiring a monthly balance increase. My accounts had over $271,000, and I withdrew my funds before December, knowing I wouldn't qualify for bonus interest. I expected around $800 in interest but got nothing—it's outrageous!

Disappointed with the new interest terms

I'm really disappointed. I switched all my accounts here and had a good experience until they introduced a policy requiring my savings to grow by $1 monthly to earn interest. This is frustrating, as I occasionally need to withdraw funds for emergencies. I’m considering closing my account soon for this reason.

Attempted to open a savings account

I tried to open a savings account and provided my details, but I received a message saying 'computer says NO.' I called the bank, but they couldn't explain why I'm treated like a criminal at 72. They refused to divulge any information, and we ended the call with 'Have a nice day.'

No issues with the service I've experienced

I haven't faced any issues with this bank. I manage my transfers manually and have only experienced a delay once, which was expected. My financial situation doesn't allow for much savings, but this service suits my needs perfectly.

Frequent maintenance issues

The site goes under maintenance every two weeks, which is incredibly frustrating. Notifications come at the last minute, and when I need to transfer money online, I'm unable to do so.
