I called to find out what I needed to do to close my account. After talking to the first person, I was a little confused and couldn't get an answer that was plain or covered all the questions I asked. When the call ended,, I still had a couple of questions so I called again. The second time I reached Krielow Chamberlain. I will keep his name in mind the next time I call because his explained everything about the process and told me exactly what I had to do. He also explained something I had to do that the first person did not. I hope I always get Krielow on the phone when I call.
