These are absolute scammers . They live up to their name . Please read your contract with them . We rented a van from them later than 10:00 AM . But they allegedly put the rental time was 8:00AM . Unfortunately it was like 2 hours later ( on the designated return day ) when we could return the vehicle due heavy snow and bad weather. They charged for an entire additional day saying the returned was late . These are . Absolutely money minded scammers hiding behind contracts , no customer care
