Ever since the transition to a new provider, utilizing in-store rewards has become extremely challenging. There are now extra rewards accumulating after each transaction, causing confusion and the loss of additional benefits on single-use days. Online, there’s no option to apply rewards, and the support team is unhelpful in rectifying this. In fact, they cancelled my $1500 order instead of applying my reward. I’ve decided to close my account and seek a different shopping option.
