Please please don't shop at this store. Their customers service on chat and phone is just horrible. The representatives are condescending and very unhelpful. They don't try to resolve any problems, and frankly have attitudes. I have had to call multiple times and everytime is the same. I get off feeling angry and frustrated. I will never ever shop there again.

Disappointed with the Return Policy

I ordered a pair of dress shoes online for $175 on October 29. When they arrived, they were one size too large. Due to travel commitments, I couldn't visit my local store until December 30. When I took the shoes back, they were still in the original box and had never been worn, which the cashier confirmed. However, the store manager informed me that I was outside the 30-day return window and could not receive a refund or exchange, despite only wanting to exchange them for the correct size. I then reached out to customer service and received the same response—no exceptions to the 30-day return policy, even for online purchases. I find this policy to be overly strict and frustrating, especially for online orders where shipping and travel can impact return timelines. Now, I am left with a $175 pair of shoes in perfect condition that I cannot use. I believe the company should consider allowing reasonable exceptions for online orders and unworn items. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope they reconsider the rigidity of this policy for customers acting in good faith.

Recent changes have made rewards frustrating to use

Ever since the transition to a new provider, utilizing in-store rewards has become extremely challenging. There are now extra rewards accumulating after each transaction, causing confusion and the loss of additional benefits on single-use days. Online, there’s no option to apply rewards, and the support team is unhelpful in rectifying this. In fact, they cancelled my $1500 order instead of applying my reward. I’ve decided to close my account and seek a different shopping option.

Post-Change Frustrations

Since the transition, using in-store rewards has become nearly impossible due to additional rewards being generated after each transaction, leading to multiple rewards being spent in a single day and losing out on more. Online, there's no option to apply rewards, and customer service won't assist. They even canceled my $1500 order rather than applying my reward. I've closed my account and will be shopping elsewhere.

Hidden Costs in Returns

I regret not reading reviews before ordering a dress online. The size chart was inaccurate, resulting in a dress that was two sizes off. My issue with the service is their sneaky charge for return labels. I would have returned it to a store if I had known about the $9.95 return shipping fee. This lack of clarity in the return process is frustrating, and I won’t shop here again unless they refund this charge.

Concerns about Authenticity

I bought four items and one belt for my husband. The jeans, shirt, and belt fit perfectly, but the pajama bottoms and shirt did not. Returning the pajama bottoms was easy, but the clerk had to verify if the shirt was from an outlet, which felt insulting. After calling for a manager, I was refunded, but this experience has left me questioning the authenticity of their merchandise.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I spent nearly $300 on products that arrived broken, and they had the audacity to ask me to mail back the damaged items. Shame on them; they will likely go out of business.
