I wish I could give this a zero star rating. My experience with the service was incredibly frustrating. I approached them with a clear explanation of our urgent situation, and they promised to prioritize it and complete my taxes promptly. However, over the past month, I found myself repeatedly trying to track down who was responsible for my case, as it kept being reassigned, and their communication was severely inadequate. I provided all necessary information quickly to expedite the process. I even paid upfront, something I had never done with any accounting service, hoping they were diligently working on my tax return. After my file was transferred multiple times, I requested a call with a senior representative, but she never reached out. At this point, I have lost all confidence in the firm's capability to manage my case, communicate transparently, and accurately prepare my taxes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this firm.
