I wish I could give this a zero star rating. My experience with the service was incredibly frustrating. I approached them with a clear explanation of our urgent situation, and they promised to prioritize it and complete my taxes promptly. However, over the past month, I found myself repeatedly trying to track down who was responsible for my case, as it kept being reassigned, and their communication was severely inadequate. I provided all necessary information quickly to expedite the process. I even paid upfront, something I had never done with any accounting service, hoping they were diligently working on my tax return. After my file was transferred multiple times, I requested a call with a senior representative, but she never reached out. At this point, I have lost all confidence in the firm's capability to manage my case, communicate transparently, and accurately prepare my taxes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this firm.
This company is a big help each year when completing my international tax returns. I have been living overseas for a number of years now and my tax returns keep getting more and more complicated. I outgrew TurboTax many years ago even when I was in the United States and I’m glad the team here can help. I have had two different accountants at this company, and both of them are still with the firm and very helpful and respectful of my needs. My tip for anybody using them is to get started earlier in the year to avoid any stress coming to the deadlines.
My experience with Dimov Tax & CPA Services was very disappointing. They asked for payment immediately, but after more than a month they came back saying they needed to postpone, instead of delivering the analysis as agreed. This delay caused wasted time and frustration.When I finally received their “work,” it was incomplete and generic, far from the detailed tax planning and entity structure review I had requested. They refused to share supporting calculations, claiming they were “proprietary,” which made it impossible to verify the accuracy of their numbers.Important limitations were not explained upfront, and communication was poor throughout the process. For the high fees charged, I expected professionalism, transparency, and timely delivery — unfortunately, none of these were met.If you are looking for reliable and client-focused CPA services, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
