Frustrating card ordering experience

I ordered a card twice. The first one arrived much later than expected, and the second one still hadn’t arrived after three weeks, so I switched to a digital version. They didn’t even consider the extra costs I incurred for a personal message, special packaging, and delivery. I’m finished with them.
