Feels like legalized theft...

This organization feels like legalized theft. You pay for a card, but if it expires after two years, you get nothing back, even though the service wasn't provided. Complaining doesn't lead to any resolution. It seems they prefer you to forget about the card so they can profit more.

Limited restaurant choices

The idea is fantastic, but the selection of restaurants is quite limited, especially if you're looking for a nice venue for a special occasion. I gave the gift card as a wedding gift.

Expired card, lost funds

I was very disappointed to find out that my card had expired. The €70 value vanished with the organization. The compensation of a €20 hotel voucher they offered seemed inadequate.
