A young man knocked on my door claiming to be from this service, asking about a TV license (pretending to be from the BBC) and then joked about it. I was in a hurry, asked what he needed, and he didn't apologize or explain, so I shut the door. This kind of cold calling harms the reputation of the organization and is unlikely to be taken seriously.
