Fresh fish and meat. To your door! We have some steak mince and ready made parcels. Always exceptional taste and whilst not cheap it is worth it to eat good ingredients.
Tom728 is our newest chap and he's as friendly, professional and helpful as Peter our late wonderful chap. Was sorry to hear of his loss but Tom has been a Great replacement.
The quality of the food is second to none. Really good restaurant quality and great service, our rep Tracey (893) is extra helpful and very friendly, goes out of her way to drop items by when we need them. The products are on the expensive side but I guess you get what you pay for.
Tracy 893 usually comes every 3 months or so and always delivers excellent service. The selection is great and the portion sizes are very good. The quality of the products is far better than what the high street stores offer. Altogether a great service.
Whether I've chosen meat or fish, the quality has consistently been top-notch. While it might cost a bit more than the larger supermarkets, the superior quality justifies the price. Andy 1524 is fantastic, always ensuring my orders arrive on time. He's friendly, and we often enjoy a pleasant conversation.
Andy (1524) calls every few months if required but he's also more than happy to leave it longer if I have no room in the freezer. I've had some smoked haddock, sea bass and plaice all really good and some extravagant pies for when I can't be bothered to cook or go out.
I hope I'm addressing the right service. I spent £60.00 yesterday on what was supposed to be ‘steak’ in pastry, but after trying one today, I found it lacking in flavor. I used to date a chef, and he would receive praise for his dishes.
A young man knocked on my door claiming to be from this service, asking about a TV license (pretending to be from the BBC) and then joked about it. I was in a hurry, asked what he needed, and he didn't apologize or explain, so I shut the door. This kind of cold calling harms the reputation of the organization and is unlikely to be taken seriously. We have video evidence of the interaction if the service is interested in evaluating their staff's behavior.
Had a wonderful interaction with a young salesperson who was very polite and helpful. I bought the game purse package, which was packed with meat and had lovely light puff pastry. It was very tasty and of high quality. I would definitely recommend and will purchase again soon; the fish looks amazing! 😊 Happy customer.
I purchased a box of XL cod loins from a door seller for £65 for 10—definitely not cheap! Upon defrosting, they were in a large pool of water and nearly half the size of the original fillet. I contacted the service via email and phone, but they never responded! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SERVICE; it's a total rip-off.
