Extremely poor customer service experience

On the first day, I received a package with visibly damaged contents and contacted customer service. The next day, I was asked for photos, which I sent, but received no follow-up. Over the next several days, I tried reaching out multiple times with no replies. I eventually called and was told it would be resolved, but still received no updates. After a week, I requested a return and refund for the entire order. My spouse will be disappointed, but I’m sure there are better options out there.
