Horrendous service and delivery issues

I had a terrible experience with the lipstick order. It was supposed to arrive the day before, but the delivery service left a photo showing it was left under a tree on a public path. The customer service was condescending and dismissive. I will never purchase from them again and would recommend others to steer clear. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand.

Extremely poor customer service experience

On the first day, I received a package with visibly damaged contents and contacted customer service. The next day, I was asked for photos, which I sent, but received no follow-up. Over the next several days, I tried reaching out multiple times with no replies. I eventually called and was told it would be resolved, but still received no updates. After a week, I requested a return and refund for the entire order. My spouse will be disappointed, but I’m sure there are better options out there.

Severe disappointment with product quality and service

I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the handbag I purchased and the unacceptable customer service regarding its repair. Despite its high price, the metal chain broke after two years of moderate use, indicating a significant quality issue. When I returned the bag for repair, I was quoted an unreasonable amount for a single chain replacement, which felt disrespectful as a loyal customer. The representatives were unhelpful and unwilling to consider a reasonable solution. This experience has severely impacted my trust in the brand. I cannot recommend purchasing from them moving forward.

Very poor customer service experience

I faced terrible service regarding a leaking concealer. I was supposed to receive a replacement but have been waiting over three weeks with no response to my emails. After multiple calls, I was told by a representative that she had no authority to send a replacement. Even after explaining that the issue is widely discussed online, I was dismissed. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

Disastrous online ordering experience

I ordered an item online with a promise of next-day delivery, but instead received an email asking for feedback when no order had arrived. Upon contacting customer support, I learned my order had been manually canceled without notification. Naturally, the item was no longer in stock, and I was charged without a refund. If I hadn’t called, I would have never received my order. The care and inventory management are severely lacking!

Diminished quality of the rewards program

As a platinum member for three years, I’ve noticed a significant decline in service quality. Even with large purchases, I haven’t received samples, and at one point, there were no bags available. The quality of reward gifts has also deteriorated. When I raised this, I only received a couple of samples after much follow-up. The last surprise gift didn’t even come in proper packaging. It’s disappointing, especially given my annual spending. I may have to consider other brands in the future.

Unacceptable treatment as a loyal customer

As a platinum tier customer, I expected more. I placed a large order but the loyalty gift was missing. Customer service treated me with skepticism, questioning my honesty. I can afford to buy a handbag, so it’s ridiculous to think I’d lie about a missing free tote. After much hassle, they agreed to resend the gift, but it hasn’t arrived yet. This experience has highlighted significant issues within their customer service and warehouse operations. The lack of care for loyal customers is alarming.
