Severe disappointment with product quality and service

I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the handbag I purchased and the unacceptable customer service regarding its repair. Despite its high price, the metal chain broke after two years of moderate use, indicating a significant quality issue. When I returned the bag for repair, I was quoted an unreasonable amount for a single chain replacement, which felt disrespectful as a loyal customer. The representatives were unhelpful and unwilling to consider a reasonable solution. This experience has severely impacted my trust in the brand. I cannot recommend purchasing from them moving forward.
