Very poor customer service experience

I faced terrible service regarding a leaking concealer. I was supposed to receive a replacement but have been waiting over three weeks with no response to my emails. After multiple calls, I was told by a representative that she had no authority to send a replacement. Even after explaining that the issue is widely discussed online, I was dismissed. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
