As a platinum member for three years, I’ve noticed a significant decline in service quality. Even with large purchases, I haven’t received samples, and at one point, there were no bags available. The quality of reward gifts has also deteriorated. When I raised this, I only received a couple of samples after much follow-up. The last surprise gift didn’t even come in proper packaging. It’s disappointing, especially given my annual spending. I may have to consider other brands in the future.
