Avoid shopping with this company. My experience was very frustrating. Due to a system error, the incorrect item was processed, and even after reaching out within an hour, they refused to cancel or change the order. It's appalling; all the representative said was that cancellation wasn't possible. Why is that? It had only been an hour! The shipping service hadn't even picked up the order! This level of customer service is unacceptable!
