Terrible experience. Ordered and paid 100 euros, didn't receive the package, DPD didn't know where it was, Dior didn't know where it was, and communicated with default emails. Although the website is in Dutch, the consumer service only speaks English. Took 2 months (!) and serveral phonecalls and emails to get my money back. Never again.

Received a defective necklace and poor exchange experience

I bought a necklace and it arrived with part of the stone exposed. After returning it, the replacement also had issues; half of the clasp was unattached, creating a noticeable gap that made it impossible to wear. I've returned it again and am still waiting for a refund.

Avoid at all costs

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I received an empty box and no action was taken other than vague 'investigations' that I had to keep following up on. The level of customer service is appalling. I opened a case with the courier, which is supposed to take 10 days, and 12 days later, I'm still chasing them, only to be told about 'investigations.' I know from experience that they usually state 14 days for such cases.

Due to a system error, the incorrect item was processed, and even after reaching out within an hour, they refused to cancel or change the order. It's appalling; all the representative said was that cancellation wasn't possible. Why is that? It had only been an hour! The shipping service hadn't even picked up the order! This level of customer service is unacceptable!

I strongly advise against shopping with the company. My experience was incredibly disappointing. Due to a system error, the wrong item was processed, and even after contacting them within an hour, they refused to cancel or modify the order. It's appalling; all the representative said was that they couldn't cancel it. Why not? It's only been an hour! The courier hadn't even received the order! This level of customer service is unacceptable!

Forget about miniatures; shop elsewhere.

The policy regarding complimentary miniatures is incredibly poor. In place of the out-of-stock miniature, I was offered tiny samples only available with the purchase of a second item, essentially forcing me to pay twice for something I should have received initially. This misleading and unprofessional solution was only presented after I reached out to the support team myself. Following this terrible experience, I will encourage friends and family to seek beauty products elsewhere. For a brand that claims to be 'luxury,' their client care is far from it.

Service is abysmal

The service is abysmal. My product was delivered to the wrong address over a week ago, and I'm unable to locate it. I have to call daily to find out what's happening because no one ever responds or follows up as promised. It's embarrassing customer service and makes me hesitant to use the company again. When I call, they just repeat that they're in touch with the courier but can't provide any details about the situation or how long I have to wait. It's just makeup, not a handbag—please resolve this!

Promises of deals but nothing delivered

They promise next-day delivery samples and small gifts to attract customers but then let you down. Orders seem confirmed with all promised samples, but when you open the box, you'll find some items missing, and it arrives nearly a week late. Customer service is also a joke! Avoid purchasing from them!

Disappointing Advent Calendar Experience

Following our call this morning and as an update to my earlier email, when I ordered the high-priced Advent Calendar, I expected something exceptional. I assumed I was buying something truly special. However, instead of luxurious products, my partner received items that seemed like they were pulled from a school supply drawer. This year's offerings fell drastically short of the brand's usual standards and the promises made in their marketing. I genuinely thought I had mistakenly bought a children's activity edition instead of a luxury advent calendar.
