I ordered a gold coin from Bullion Direct on November 15th, 2024. Despite the product being readily available with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days, my order has yet to arrive. As of today, December 8th, 2024, this amounts to a delay of 13 days where there has been no attempt to contact me.Customer service has been equally disappointing. Since placing my order, I have received only one email confirmation and numerous unsolicited sales emails. There has been no proactive communication regarding order status, and attempts to contact customer service have been frustrating. On two occasions, I was unable to speak to a representative who could access my account information. When I finally did connect with someone, they provided a delivery date that has since passed without any updates.While I've seen positive reviews of Bullion Direct, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and significant delivery delays have severely impacted my confidence in the company. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Bullion Direct.
