1/12/25 Frustrating communication, and I’m trying to be polite. I wasn’t informed it would take this long. With their experience, they should have anticipated this. It’s been three months, and I’m still waiting when I was told it would be two weeks. I was supposed to hear this week; it’s in dispatch, but I have my doubts. I called them because no one reached out, and they still claim I’m a priority, but I’m left waiting. I canceled plans for this call, and I’ve heard nothing but excuses. I know they are busy, but the lack of updates and proper communication is unacceptable. I’ll keep a record of my experience to see if they follow through as promised.
