I ordered a controller well in advance for my son's Christmas, but it never showed up. I contacted the delivery service, and they informed me that the package was damaged and sent back to the seller. I tried to resolve this through the seller's chat support, where I was promised a refund, but I haven't received it. When I returned to the chat to follow up, my messages were blocked. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. I'm out £50 with no refund in sight, and I will not be purchasing from this seller again.
