It was a signature on arrival delivery. I missed as I was not at home first time. You put a lot of restrictions I can't contact with driver, I can't see live map for delivery, I can't change address or time for this delivery. It was a worse experience. They rescheduled it and gave me a 3 hours bracket. I literally sat on road for 2 hours to get this delivery. I live in unit B and that delivery guy came both time at unit 1. You need to change delivery preferences as UPS told sender strict them. It was a terrible experience shopping directly from Playstation online.

Disappointing experience with the service

Ordered directly on 8/1/26, but there's been no delivery through the courier. I attempted to reach out for an update, but it was impossible to get a response. If I had known what I know now, I would not have chosen this service. There's a lack of customer support! I strongly advise against using this once reputable company! STILL NO CONSOLE! 😡

Smooth selection process and quick delivery!

Choosing the refurbished controller I wanted was straightforward, and it arrived ahead of schedule. I placed the order late on Friday, it was processed by Monday, and I received it by Tuesday morning. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed, as I anticipated it would arrive by Friday at the earliest. The controller looked as good as new. Thank you to the team!

Controller order for my son never arrived

I ordered a controller well in advance for my son's Christmas, but it never showed up. I contacted the delivery service, and they informed me that the package was damaged and sent back to the seller. I tried to resolve this through the seller's chat support, where I was promised a refund, but I haven't received it. When I returned to the chat to follow up, my messages were blocked. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. I'm out £50 with no refund in sight, and I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

The Anticipation Makes It Worthwhile

Waiting can be an excruciating and nerve-wracking experience, but it truly helps in practicing delayed gratification. I received my gaming console through my son while I'm recovering in the hospital after treatment for stage 4 lung cancer. I hope to be home by Christmas day. Opening my package will feel like a genuine Christmas gift, celebrating my survival. The delivery was excellent, and I can't wait to unwrap my package as soon as possible! Still waiting for my order and no updates

I placed my order a week ago and I'm still waiting for delivery. I haven't received any shipping confirmation even after spending 2 hours trying to reach customer support. I was told it should take a maximum of 3 days, but that has passed without any updates. Now, I can't cancel my order since the same item is available elsewhere for the same price.

Unsatisfactory Customer Support and Packaging

The customer service was disappointing and the packaging was inadequate. My order was two days late, and I had to wait an hour on hold to get any updates. The product arrived in a flimsy cardboard box, held together by minimal tape, with no 'fragile' or 'handle with care' labels. As a result, the box was significantly damaged during transit. Inside, the product was poorly secured, with just a small amount of crumpled paper at the top and no protection on the sides or bottom. I have now been on hold with customer service for an additional 15 minutes. This level of service is unacceptable for any purchase, especially for a high-value product. I regret not choosing another retailer.

Delivery Issues with the Service

The ordering process was straightforward and competitively priced. However, the delivery was delayed by a day. Upon arrival, the outer packaging was damaged and it was clear that it had not been handled with care, as it was wide open with tape coming off. While the product box appears fine, I still need to check its contents. Normally, I would have refused the delivery, but this is a Christmas gift for my grandson. If there are any problems, I will reach out to the service directly or through my credit card provider for a replacement. I've noticed several instances where expensive items delivered by this service have not been treated properly.

Good Communication but Some Concerns

The communication regarding delivery times via email and SMS was good. However, the outer box was damaged upon arrival, and the delivery driver was in a hurry, making it difficult to address the issue. The product box itself is intact, but I feel it could have been packed better, as there was very little packing material inside.
