I’ve been a regular customer for a couple of years and always been happy with the service until today. I’ve been bombarded with emails offering a Black Friday discount only to find the products I want are sold out. It happens but what was very disappointing was the offhand way their customer service department responded when I rang asking when the products would back in stock and if they would be offering a similar promotion or extending this one. They couldn’t have cared less and basically said “tough but we won’t help you”. It showed me they don’t value their customers
