I have been able to choose which flavours I want according to my cats' tastes. This means that I am no throwing away uneaten food. And the price is very competitive, better than Zooplus from whom I usually order my cat food.
While the delivery service was satisfactory, I regret opting for such a large quantity of the product. The fish and vegetable option contains only 4% fish, and the meat variety has just 3% chicken and 1% beef. The nutritional value is lacking, leading me to seek better ingredients in other dry cat food. I now carefully check the ingredient lists on all cat food purchases and will avoid this brand in the future.
The service is always friendly and professional, eager to assist. I placed an order this morning but encountered a few issues, such as a new card number, discounts from past orders, and a holiday gift for my pets. I spoke with a representative who promptly addressed my concerns, and my order was successfully placed with free delivery.
I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple of years and was always happy with the service until now. I received numerous emails about a Black Friday discount, only to find the items I wanted were out of stock. While I understand this can happen, I was disappointed by the indifferent response from the customer service team when I called about restocking and future promotions. Their reply felt dismissive, essentially saying 'too bad, we can’t assist you.' It was clear they don’t value their customers.
Hi, my spouse recently had a stroke, so getting bulk orders delivered is much easier for me. With the addition of gourmet options alongside other brands, my cats now have a better selection. I just couldn't figure out how to apply my discount from my points, though.
I’m so glad that I found this website. With my fussy cats I can order just the flavours they like. I’ve been ordering on the website for some time now and find it’s easy to order and delivery is usually very quick. I totally recommend Purina
I love being able to select my cats' favorite flavors, though they don’t have every option. I usually find most of them (until the cats change their minds 🤣). I just wish they would offer this across all their product ranges.
