I have been able to choose which flavours I want according to my cats' tastes. This means that I am no throwing away uneaten food. And the price is very competitive, better than Zooplus from whom I usually order my cat food.

Good delivery, but a disappointing purchase.

While the delivery service was satisfactory, I regret opting for such a large quantity of the product. The fish and vegetable option contains only 4% fish, and the meat variety has just 3% chicken and 1% beef. The nutritional value is lacking, leading me to seek better ingredients in other dry cat food. I now carefully check the ingredient lists on all cat food purchases and will avoid this brand in the future.

The service is always friendly and professional, eager to assist. Frustrated with Customer Service After Years of Loyalty

I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple of years and was always happy with the service until now. I received numerous emails about a Black Friday discount, only to find the items I wanted were out of stock. While I understand this can happen, I was disappointed by the indifferent response from the customer service team when I called about restocking and future promotions. Their reply felt dismissive, essentially saying 'too bad, we can’t assist you.' It was clear they don’t value their customers.

No more heavy lifting!

Hi, my spouse recently had a stroke, so getting bulk orders delivered is much easier for me. With the addition of gourmet options alongside other brands, my cats now have a better selection. I just couldn't figure out how to apply my discount from my points, though.
