I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple of years and was always happy with the service until now. I received numerous emails about a Black Friday discount, only to find the items I wanted were out of stock. While I understand this can happen, I was disappointed by the indifferent response from the customer service team when I called about restocking and future promotions. Their reply felt dismissive, essentially saying 'too bad, we can’t assist you.' It was clear they don’t value their customers.
