Terrible customer support.
The service acts as a broker for actual waste providers, so it's best to go directly to them to avoid frustration. Their confirmation of collection dates is inconsistent, leading to the waste company showing up when you're not available. They then attempt to charge for additional collections. Even the driver expressed frustration over customers not being informed about collection schedules. It's a complete waste of time for everyone involved. I have canceled my contract and had to incur an early termination fee, despite not receiving the promised service. Very disappointing overall. I cannot recommend this service, and I will not be returning in the future.
