We have been using Direct365 for a number of years for our commercial waste collection. We had an issue regarding excess waste reports from the end provider which we felt were inacurate. I spoke to Sharon in customer services to express my concern. Sharon was very helpful and understanding and has resoved the issue by changing our service to a different end provider. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I needed, recommending a product for my hand towel dispenser which in turn will save me a lot of money.

I've been a customer for several years now. I had a question and was assisted by a representative. Their customer service was outstanding. They were incredibly patient with me since I'm not great with emails, but they helped me resolve everything.
Terrible customer support.
The service acts as a broker for actual waste providers, so it's best to go directly to them to avoid frustration. Their confirmation of collection dates is inconsistent, leading to the waste company showing up when you're not available. They then attempt to charge for additional collections. Even the driver expressed frustration over customers not being informed about collection schedules. It's a complete waste of time for everyone involved. I have canceled my contract and had to incur an early termination fee, despite not receiving the promised service. Very disappointing overall. I cannot recommend this service, and I will not be returning in the future.
