I bought a car from Direct Cars near Crystal Peaks June/july 2021. As it was costing me over 8,000 pounds I expected it to be checked and re conditioned. How wrong I was. Within 5 months I have had to have a brand new twin exhaust which was completely rusted from top to bottom and new suspension springs. There is no way this car would have passed an MOT. I would never buy from these again and would advise anyone else to think twice before doing so. The customer service may be good but the product they sell is not fit for purpose.
