I purchased a vehicle from the seller in October 2024. The sales representatives were helpful and answered my questions without being pushy. However, I encountered issues with a switch pack that needed replacement, which was delayed due to backorder. I was assured I would be contacted when it arrived and that a faulty light in the boot would also be addressed. In August 2025, I followed up for an update and was informed the part would be available soon. Yet, during my repair appointment, I learned that the wrong switch pack had been fitted. The representative expressed frustration about the mix-up but did not investigate further. She scheduled another appointment for the correct part. At the next visit, I raised concerns about the boot light, but the representative claimed she couldn’t hear me. After the repair, she requested payment for the bulb replacement, insisting I could have addressed this earlier. After showing her previous correspondence, she waived the fee but mentioned a lack of communication between the sales and service teams. Additionally, she noted that my boot catch needed replacement and quoted a high estimate. To my surprise, the boot wouldn't open when I attempted to check it afterward. The representative later offered a discounted price for the catch, stating that the boot light was now functioning, but I confirmed it still did not work. When I sought clarification via email about the fault, I was met with a focus on warranty issues instead. Conflicting information about how the boot was accessed left me confused, and I felt my concerns were not adequately addressed. Despite requesting a breakdown of costs and possible causes for the issue, I received no helpful information. I plan to consult another garage for repairs and prevention advice, as the seller was unresponsive to my feedback requests. I hope this review reaches the appropriate parties to improve future customer experiences.
I bought a vehicle from the company and had high hopes. Initially, the sales team was helpful, but issues arose with parts and communication. After several months, I learned that the wrong part had been installed. The representative I spoke with was not able to address my concerns properly, and I felt ignored. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, I received conflicting information. Ultimately, I had to seek assistance elsewhere for repairs. The overall experience has been frustrating, and I hope my feedback leads to improvements for future customers.
We bought three vehicles from the company this year and can confidently recommend them. My personal vehicle was one of the purchases, and shortly after, I noticed a noise issue at higher speeds. Although it took some time to diagnose, the staff were always polite and genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. I'm happy to report that the issue has been resolved.
After returning to the UK, I was eager to buy a car quickly. The selection was impressive, but I was surprised by the no-test-drive policy. I found it hard to accept that I couldn't test drive the cars I was interested in. I was advised to visit a dealership first, which felt counterproductive. The experience was quite different from what I remembered, and it left me feeling uncertain.
I placed a deposit with the expectation of a smooth transaction, but I faced several issues upon collection. The vehicle had multiple faults that were not disclosed to me beforehand. Communication was poor, and I felt misled about the condition of the car. Although some repairs were attempted, I still had to seek additional help afterward. I won't be returning to this company for future purchases.
I highly recommend this company, having purchased our last two vehicles from them. The staff are friendly and respectful, allowing us to browse without pressure. A minor issue with our latest vehicle was resolved quickly and efficiently. Overall, a fantastic experience.
I purchased a vehicle this year, and while it looked fine at first, I noticed paint fading after just a few months. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, I felt ignored by the company. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them due to their poor after-sales service.
