I had a minor mix-up regarding delivery times for a PC ordered on December 23rd. They had given their staff some extra days off, which impacted build times (good for them) along with the snow. Despite some phone line issues, I managed to reach someone via chat; I was hoping for a free mouse mat, but they generously offered me an extra HDD instead. It was a shaky start, but as mentioned in other reviews, they resolve issues quickly when alerted. I still haven't received my PC, but I'm not expecting further problems—I'll update later.
