I’m extremely happy with my recent upgrade from Direct Computers (graphics card, AIO, and RAM). My PC is now 4 years old, originally built by them, and apart from the occasional random RGB issue (which doesn’t affect performance at all), it’s been absolutely amazing.
For this latest upgrade, Josh at DC was incredibly helpful — knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process straightforward. The only slight downside was a bit of a wait due to stock availability, but that’s completely understandable and worth it for the service provided.
I’d highly recommend Direct Computers to anyone looking for a reliable build or upgrade. Great service and great support!
I initially had a minor misunderstanding about the delivery schedule for a PC I ordered on December 23rd. It seems they provided their staff with additional days off, which affected the build timeline (honestly, good for them) along with the snow situation. Even though they faced issues with their phone lines, I was able to connect with someone through chat. I was hoping to get a free mouse mat, but instead, they generously offered me an extra HDD for my trouble. It started off a bit rocky, but as noted in other reviews, they are quick to resolve issues once they are aware. I still haven't received my PC yet, but I don't expect any further problems—I'll provide an update then.

I purchased MS Office software. You'd expect seamless integration between MS products, but for their own reasons, MS prefers you to follow their guidelines. Good people and technical skills are essential for a company's success. I deducted one star for the difficulty in reaching someone, but once I did, everything turned out well.
This company truly goes above and beyond! I've wanted a PC for years, and they really assisted me. Their customer service is impeccable, thoroughly guiding me through everything from game preferences to the build process. I wholeheartedly recommend this service!
