I honestly regret buying from this company.
From the very beginning, the experience has been nothing but frustrating. My order was delayed significantly — I was expecting it within a few days, but it took nearly two weeks to arrive.
When the PC finally came, it didn’t take long before serious issues started. The system began randomly shutting down during normal use, especially while gaming. I reached out for support, and after going through the process, I was offered a replacement. I accepted this in good faith and even paid extra for an upgraded system because I wanted to trust the company and believed the issue would be resolved.
Unfortunately, the same problem happened again.
The replacement system — which cost even more — started shutting down in exactly the same way after some time of use. This is not something that shows up in 10–20 minutes of testing; it happens after extended use, over hours or across different days. This makes it even more frustrating because the issue is real, but easy for them to dismiss.
Now, after all of this, I am being told about potential deductions like return shipping and fees — which is completely unacceptable. I am returning faulty products, not changing my mind.
From delayed delivery, to repeated faulty systems, to now dealing with refund complications — this has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
I have completely lost trust in this company. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing, as you may end up going through the same situation.
Customers deserve reliable products and fair treatment — unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
