This isn’t made clear upfront and is buried in terms most people won’t read in detail. It comes across as a clever way to still take a significant chunk of your money, even when you’ve paid extra for protection.
What’s the point of paying for cancellation cover if you’re still penalised like this?

I bought a ticket called: "Cancel anytime". Dont put nonsense on here saying it wasn't a refundable ticket. I paid extra for that and you know it. I won't respond on here anymore. The review stays.
