I still have no idea where to catch the ferry after reaching out to your useless robot for help. The so-called Google maps link doesn't work 😕 😢 😞 and there seem to be several places to catch a ferry on the foreshore.

UPDATE: Reference DFP190691958 I booked a ferry from a location to a destination for £262. We arrived on time, but the check-in office was closed, no one was available to assist us, and the ferry departed approximately an hour early. We were refused boarding through no fault of our own. The service provider refused to issue a refund, deflecting responsibility to the operator instead of taking accountability as the retailer. Their customer support merely echoed the ferry company's statements, even when they were demonstrably false. After weeks of emails and excuses — they still have my money for a service that was never rendered. This is completely unacceptable. I recommend avoiding this company and booking directly with the ferry operator.
It took me several times to make this booking. It wouldn’t allow me to enter an email address, then the screen froze. I found it very frustrating. Eventually I made a booking. We are 2 people with a car and 1 dog and have booked a 2 berth cabin for us all.
