I ordered online but offered pick up from depot but didn’t give me the option at checkout and charged me£39.99 for delivery I pick it up from Kilmarnock store and my money for delivery was to be refunded found them impossible to get on the phone was told to wait 10 days still no refund nearly 14 days can’t reach them by phone or email and no reply from contact form please aviod
