Well you soon find out how good a company is when you have a problem with the product they have supplied.
Unfortunately Direct Flooring is one of those companies.
I have dealt purchased flooring from Direct Flooring previously and was a returning customer.
Unfortunately I had issues with the product supplied and Direct Flooring’s area manager turned what should have been a fairly straightforward return into a nightmare.
I have now engaged Consumer Scotland and trading standards to help me negotiate a fair return of my money.
I’ll update this post with progress but I’ll certainly not be dealing with this company again.

Ordered online Saturday night as a click and collect order for 6 packs. No confirmation email, no order accepted email, but money taken from bank. Email received from trust pilot in minutes asking me to review Direct Flooring. I left it a day or so to see if anything came through...nope ..checked all spam folders etc nothing. Tried calling the phone number and got some voicemail saying mailbox was full....completed a " contact us" form and heard nothing back, turned up at the store 6 days after ordering ( as I had planned) and store had no record of my order and explained that they are not surprised to hear this, and it has happened before. They made 1 quick phonecall, got the order details and got me an email confirming the transaction. So store staff were good but online experience shocking!
Ordered on the 10th December still waiting for email to say when I can collect. All i get is these emails asking for a review. Phoned your main number but no one ever answers , sent email still no response. Phoned my local shop to be told thats not a reference number, guy was abit rude unhelpful, didnt even ask for surname or anything else to help find my order . So I will have to go back onto payment site and cancel get a refund
