Part of what sold me on this company is the promise of free wax guards and tips. I don't have huge needs for these and the first time I order some after two years and I am told I could only have one box of each. A couple of ounces weight and a $15 shipping charge. Any way you look at that, the wax guards and tips are not free. If only the charge was reasonable. I'll be buying them from Amazon for 1/3 the cost from now on. To make matters worse, they set up an appointment for me to me with one of their technicians later that day. I'm still waiting for his call three+ weeks later. In fairness, they were very helpful and efficient changing my address and phone #.
