They shipped the wrong product, made no effort to expedite the exchange for correct product. Overall, I found this company too difficult to do business with and eventually cancelled the order.They don't seem to be much interested in actual customer service after the sale.
Poor delivery. Can’t track. You make us get a Shop app that asks for all kinds of personal info and is a pain. Because I never had any delivery info I went to Smazon and got the charger in 2 days instead of 3 weeks from you. I will never buy new heating aids from you again.
I was 1200 miles from home when one of my hearing aid recievers went bad. Further, I am a musician and had a couple upcoming gigs. I was resigned to the idea of not having the aids during my performances, which is workable but admittedly a bit more challenging. I contacted Direct Hearing and they forwarded the replacements to my location by the next day!!! I was absolutely stunned with the incredible level of personal interest in helping me. The gigs went great! Thank you!!
My right hearing aide needed a new battery. DirectHearing sent me a label ($15.00, which was fine for shipping). I got a tracking number, but somehow my hearing aides got lost somehow. Not Direct Hearing's fault. Bobbie was great and tracked them down. I received them back promptly.
Part of what sold me on this company is the promise of free wax guards and tips. I don't have huge needs for these and the first time I order some after two years and I am told I could only have one box of each. A couple of ounces weight and a $15 shipping charge. Any way you look at that, the wax guards and tips are not free. If only the charge was reasonable. I'll be buying them from Amazon for 1/3 the cost from now on. To make matters worse, they set up an appointment for me to me with one of their technicians later that day. I'm still waiting for his call three+ weeks later. In fairness, they were very helpful and efficient changing my address and phone #.
